Vets on transition in their own words

We document veteran transition stories and truly believe in the importance of a connected re-entry experience when coming back to civilian life.  All of our programs emphasize the value finding that new a sense of purpose after military service, the importance of making real connections in the community and a core pillar of successful transition, having a place to call home.
